Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact me directly.

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Classes

Class Registration

• Pre-registration is required for all classes.

• You can register online, by phone, or in person at the shop.

• Full payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
  
  

Cancellation & Refunds

• Student Cancellations:
  
  

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will receive a full refund or store credit.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class.
  
  

What to Bring

• A supply list will be provided at registration in class description

• Please bring your own sewing machine (in good working order) and basic sewing supplies, unless otherwise noted.

• Some classes include kits or materials—check the class description.
  
  

Arrive Early

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up your machine and supplies so class can begin on time.
  
  

Skill Levels

• Classes are labeled by skill level:
  
  

• Beginner – No experience needed

• Intermediate/Advanced – Comfortable with a variety of techniques
  
  

• Please choose a class that matches your skill level for the best experience.
  
  

Etiquette

• Please be respectful of the instructor and fellow students.

• Clean up your area before leaving.
  
  

Age Requirements

• Adult classes are for ages 16+.

Kids and teen classes will have designated age groups—please check the listing.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
